Purchase Passes Online, In Person, or Via US Mail/Fax

All pass orders purchased online, via US Mail or Fax may take 7 to 10 business days for the order to be processed. The pass will be sent via US MAIL.  To check the status of your order you may email info@ycipta.az.gov or call (928) 783-2235, option 1.  

All passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.  YCIPTA is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged passes.
