Public Hearing Regarding Public Participation Plan

Yuma County Intergovernmental Public Transportation Authority (YCIPTA) will hold a public hearing regarding the adoption of a public participation plan on Tuesday, May 28, 2013, 1:30 p.m. at Aldrich Hall, located at the Yuma County Department of Development Services, 2351 West 26th Street, Yuma. This location is accessible via YCAT Red 1, Green 4, Purple 6/6A, Yellow 95 and YCAT OnCall by making a reservation to 928-783-2235.  The goal of this plan is to achieve greater public input and to make interested members of the public aware of all opportunities for input in the public transportation planning process.

Additional details on the proposed public participation plan can be obtained at the YCIPTA offices, online at www.ycipta.az.gov or by contacting YCIPTA. Interested persons wishing to comment but who are unable to attend the public hearing may submit written comments to: John Andoh, Transit Director, YCIPTA, 2715 East 14th Street, Yuma, AZ 85365, email: jandoh@ycipta.az.gov or fax to: 928-783-0309. The proposed public participation plan may be examined at YCIPTA, 2715 East 14th Street, Yuma. The deadline to receive written comments is Friday, May 24, 2013 at 5:00 p.m.
